There are fur dye culture in urban areas, east(Reono) and south(Gold Ring) due to skillful Agudners! Then urban Sergals(Eastern and Southern) can dye their fur in exotic colors.

yes. if they dye too much, the fur gets damage.
also yes. when they get very old, it become grey or white.

technically using natural dyes on fur/hair won't damage it, it's the bleaching that damages it
Photoshop better than Paint! (because i remember what a hell is drawing with mouse in paint xD)
