When I started this I was very inspired by Blue Lagoona from Monster High (so that would explain the title). I think those dolls are very cute!
She came out differently though, I was not using a reference and when I do not do that I just do my own thing. :> I drew it with ballpoint pens and colored it in Photoshop.
