Just caught up with the recording. Really enjoyed the talk; you've got a lot of disruptive (in a good way) thoughts and ideas, thank you for sharing them. The idea of creating an almost emotional bond with the client really struck me. It made me realise I'm not sure I even have an emotional bond with myself when doing personal stuff, let alone other people. An area to grow and improve on, I suppose.
