Oh, beautiful! :D I just love the colours! Everything about this just screams, "COLOURFUL!" ^.-.^
The wings are such a beautiful shade, and I love the way they fade to white on the bottom. Very smooth. Same with the belly plates. And such a lovely shade of purple. And that moon! (that's a moon, right? Or is it another planet?) So perfectly round and smooth!
Probably the only thing that's buggin' me is the blue on the head fin. It looks like it kinda melded with with the background...I mean, I can see it, but one would hafta look close to see it....
Other than that! This is beautiful! A definate fav! *clawed thumbs up* ^.-.^
Oh, BTW, what did you use to make this? It couldn't be pencil...could it?

The original is certainly easier to sse the difference in color from the fin to the background, but yeah, it's hard to pick out. I didn't realize what color I wanted to do for the back until after I had done the dragon...Oops.
