thanks, man!! i usually don't go near color (unfortunate, but something i'll work around eventually).

Wouldn't be too hard, I wouldn't think. Basically take a tank-top or old t-shirt and start pinning those bias strips / bandages onto it, then when everything was in place, just add a few subtle stitches to keep it all together and in place. Put it this way, it'd be a lot easier to put together than the animal skull masks I've seen you make ^_^

You're right! and a great deal less expensive than the mask portion.
But this is just a random design. I'm actually going to be Gumby this Halloween (:

INDEED. I love making costumes that simply work via clothing & a half-mask, as opposed to stuffing one's body into a full-on suit of cumbersome fabric & fluff. Not that there's anything wrong with that... just not my thing. To each their own :)
