This is a really cool idea! I might start doing this with some of my spares. Have you considered adding a bit of nihlakh oxide for a weathering effect?

I actually did, but I decided against it. Normally, I put Nilakh on all my dark metals, but I wanted these statues to contrast sharply and look like they've been fanatically maintained, since these are supposed to go with my Sisters of Battle. I've got a couple more spares laying around ready to be Medusa'd, and they'll probably get weathered, but the religious statues are going to be nice and clean x3

Ahhhh yes, that would make sense with them being religious xD I might get some Sisters of Battle some time soon, seeing as I paint for the joy of painting. It's nice seeing your pictures pop up in my inbox, gives me something to work towards

I mod or proxy the vast majority of my models. The Sisters are mostly standard, since they're really hard to mod, but my Exorcist has a completely redone top, since I bought it used and it was missing a bunch of stuff. It now includes a massive shrine to the His holy ordinance because I never got the ammo servitor...

Also lacked a driver, so I made one of my own out of one of my crusaders.

...and it's missing the front shielding on the cockpit, so I added a wall of scrolls and trophies.
