joking aside im sure once you actually start drawing something it will all come together. normally what i do is find a sexy pose or a drawing that has a pose/style that interests me. and then draw a pose similiar to it or try to match it. and then add in whatever else i imagine would look good together ^^.
i definately feel ya with art block though. it's like having a brain fart but with a seriously bad case of constipation. its a real mood breaker. and then when you finally have that good idea your in bed and about to fall asleep. only to wake up the next morning and forget all about your awsome idea (TwT)
but i found something that helps me draw when im wanting to draw ^w^ and thats music. im not entirely 100% sure but i think i draw better when listening to music. normally music that fits the theme for the drawing that im going for. i guess it helps me set the mood or something (o.o)~?

daww ^^; well you know what they say~ its not the paper and pencil that make the art. it's the artist. the paper and pencil cant make your actions for you.
the best that i can advise is just to doodle something every day. even if its just a bunch of circles andsquares. eventually your brain will come up with something.
also its important when drawing to not be stressed. although some artists work well under pressure. another good way could be to do art trades. or commissions.
that way you know what to draw, because the people will give you references to the pose, there ref sheet etc and then pretty much you got a plan layed out for you to help you draw ^^
another thing that might work is to draw something themed off of what your interested in.
lastly this isnt for everybody but theres some people that this works for. but just find someone you are friends with and like/trust and ask them to tell you what to draw or what they want you to draw.
some artists simply work better as a follower rather then as a leader. at times i sorta feel this way. a couple of times this has actually worked for me when i first started drawing anime x3.
