Not bad, good work :) But because I'm not a good artist, I recommend you to take an inspiration from the other artists, mainly how to capture proportions, composition, details, colouring, shading, the whole surrounding.
And the main thing of all is to don't give up drawing and still try to do your best and make some improvement.
