Plexiglass seems like it would be very unhealthy to wear and dangerous.

Appreciate the concern, though I don't really see anything about plexi that would be dangerous or unhealthy? could you perhaps be confusing it with a different material?

I meant it just being dangerous/unhealthy because it can be a bit hard to breath in without adequate ventilation and can get humid really quick not to mention it's not very kind on one's body/limits motion.

Your dragon is fixing up to look remarkably similar to one of my own! Not nearly enough visor-faced robots out there. That said, I'm going with vacuformed PETG, tinted with polyester dye for mine. I have some kind of horrible fetish for smooth, natural curves on manufactured parts. :X
