Inside, the five ponies (and one who'd been there before the main six had arrived, he said) were loosely pressed up against each other by the stomach walls, neatly contained and growing very slimy as warm, heavy strings of liquids slowly dripped down from above. They couldn't hear Fluttershy, but Mordecai's half-chuckled responses boomed around them, as well as the occasional, hungry groan. Nothing they did seemed to make the big owl sick, no amount of magical or physical force did anything but stimulate his digestive system. (Though to be fair, Pinkie Pie was positive they were in a bouncy castle, so she wasn't helping much.) Already there was a rising pool of tingly, itchy liquids, and it only grew as they were forced to listen to the big owl smugly talking down to their friend about how delicious and nutritious ponies were. If they didn't get out of there soon, they'd be owl fat for sure!
......................As for what happens next, really up to you. :3 Will they escape? Will Mordecai become vegetarian? Or will there be an owl pellet made out of pony fur buried in his backyard at the end of the day? Who knows....... ;o

Not really! Mordecai does in fact have magical ability himself. In other words, nothing's really gonna be able to do any damage to him in there.

Welp, only Twilight (the purple one) has the chance to escape via teleportation. If that doesn't work, she might be doomed to digest since Fluttershy might take too long to decide what too do, staring at him that gurgling belly already gets to work.
A shame, Twilight could've gotten more info on owl anatomy but now she's too busy being owl food to find something to write down what she learned.
