Seirou Hoshikawa is a mysterious man who is responsible for the training of the Kemono Defenders. On the day of the Seima's awakening, he fought Taichi to test his abilities, discovering thqat the younger wolfboy was one of the reincarnated Kemono Defenders. But if you read chapter 1, you'd already know these things. >u<
Seirou is a strong main in his own right. While not technically a Kemono Defender, he is still capable of using the smae kind of elemental powers as them, particularly the two different Tenrou styles, Tenrou Rekka Ken and Tenrou Fubuki Ken. This means that he is capable of using both fire and ice elemental attacks. However, since he doesn't possess a Kemono Gem of his own, he eventually is overshadowed by the Kemono Defenders in terms of power.
Seirou: The time has come for you to accept the call to arms, Taichi Hoshino... With the Shining Sun Ruby in your hand, you will awaken to your destiny!
