‘Time; both beautiful and fleeting, it is a thing to be cherished. My mind has been a roller coaster of emotion these past days as we sail home to Atris amidst the shifting tide. With Port Adimere not far on the horizon, I keep finding myself thinking of where to go from here. Where will this life take me when all I truly want is to be home.

I have felt few true “homes” within this life and as I wander through the menagerie of my mind, I find myself only coming back to you. You are my home; you are all I want in this life and without you I feel my world is crumbling. Falling to pieces for want of you, but I know I must keep going, I must keep reaching toward the future. I will never give up on you…I will never know love like the love I feel for you.

You've become more than just a man, but a part of my soul; a part of me. Please don’t leave me to this life alone. I long for your gentle touch caressing my skin, your lips kissing my own. I ache to be where you are, though we both know this isn’t to be until the world changes. For now, my dreams give me solace on such long, cold nights without you. They are beautiful and show me everything I have ever wanted…which is and will only ever be you.

I awake in the morning, chilled by the salty air of the sea, awakened to my dismal reality, without you. I will never stop searching, never stop fighting. If the resistance is to make change in our world, I will push it ever onward, with one goal in mind; finding my way back to you. I love you with all my heart and I will never let you go…please never leave me to this future alone…

As true to everything in life, everything will come in time. I will wait till the day I can return to my home. You are my home.’
