Poor Rain is having a time dealing with those rowdy kids! They really don't pay her enough to put up with this kind of thing as a camp counselor. After struggling with the tent stakes she's left bound and exposed to her fear of feather tickling, every movement causing her endless teasing on her sensitive feet...!

One of my favorite ideas of camp-related tickling was like this, except with feather dusters instead of just feathers :P Convenient. The other was of someone getting a floor waxer, turning it upside down, coating the spinny end with feathers and other soft things, then tying the victim to a flagpole and letting them struggle in an ironic fashion similar to how the Romans did their capital punishment
