I was talking to 
mythril_blackpaw about an idea she had, being a (rather busty) eevee being able to switch between evolved forms. I asked if I could draw her and she complied.
Basically, the charm necklace she wears enables her to swap between forms, and the everstone allows her to return to this state.
The breasts are a bit bigger than I'd like, but Myth wanted them that big so eh.
