That was my first badge by Liz,  lizardbeth did it at C-ACE 2003, it's one of my favorite, the colors may be wrong, but that was a time where I was still designing Vicks (And the pixel art I had had Vicks with over 7 colors, mind you) though the simpler design he got as time went on caught on, and this evil dragon definitely looks like the kind that wants to play.
