You know those types of relationships (intentional or not) where your caught between two different people? One is brash, brave, and to the point. The other is a ditzy, girly, maybe nerdy type?
Now add in the fact that one breathes fire (or...hearts or...whatever, do we know?) and the other can breathe things like poison, wind, and freakin' shadow.
What do they call something like this? A Love Triangle ladies and gentlemen. The bane of lady killers (or guy killers, ladies can be in this situation too, we're not alone!) everywhere.
Me? Never had that problem, I don't go for relationships like that. But I do know a bookworm and an annoying lieutenant back home....
Spyro, on the other hand, knows this situation quite well. His forarys with Cynder (back before that "huh?" moment of "cyrostasis or whatever) were mostly on the exhilaration of battle and "save the world" and "save the girl" tropes.
Ember? Uhh...well her and Amy Rose have got to be having tea somewhere in some dimension close to Sonic's...
Of course, given that Valentines is up, the holo-deck decided to roll out a relationship queue for Spyro, and they came up. Unfortunately, both at the same time.
Cynder took to his new...erm..."choice of style" with slight confusion and abrupt dismissal. Ember, despite her attraction to a particular armadillo, took the same thing as a renewed interest, and Spyro himself by extension.
Needless to say, put two conflicting women with the same guy-interest together and they'll be some mini-wars, with the dude as a casualty.
When I last looked in on him...he was some-what literally being "torn at the seams" between what the two wanted to do with him on Valentines day...
*shrugs* It's never easy being in a love triangle, no matter who you are.

Team Cynder and Team Ember, almost as big as the whole Jacob and Edward thing from Twilight and the Martin and Matthias thing from Redwall, though I did just make the Redwall one up. TEAM CYNDER RULEZ!
Shame the Legend of Spyro series was replaced with Skylanders. I was hoping they would expand it and add Ember and some of the other dragons in. Still, at Least Skylanders looks like fun.
Someone should make an internet sketch about the Love triangle of Spyro, I almost wrote one.
Those girls must have some mighty strength if they can rip a MAG. I love those scenes in cartoons in comics.

Maybe uhh...Peeta and Gale from the Hunger Games?
Well the new series kind of took Spyro to his routes, before Avalar. The first two anyway. The third changed things up and (while good), skipped over a WHOLE bunch of stuff with it's "in stasis, but still grow older" scenario. Maybe it was all a dream so Spyro can imagine himself bigger and able to actually fly
Well I wouldn't say rip...close, maybe, but tugging pretty hard with their tails. It'll probably untape rather than rip

Too bad Cynder isn't into diapers like Spyro I'd love to see you do a pic of her wearing one. Maybe like someone puts a diaper on her while she's sleeping as a prank.
As for who Spyro should go with I'd have to say Ember since she's willing to change his diapers. Cynder won't and unless Spyro is adept at changing himself he'll be spending the entire day fighting bad guys in a used diaper.
