Story: He was made a long time ago before Cheese Sandwich appeared where I read this great episode idea about Pinkie Pie getting a boyfriend/friend just as party crazy as her and together they wreck havoc in Ponyville. He is from Cloudsdale and is a rare childhood friend of Fluttershy. He usually throws his parties in Cloudsdale, but meets Pinkie Pie at Fluttershy's birthday party.
