mermade made this for me.

As you can see by the insert, the eyes are configured to glow. :) I use Elwire panels which I slide into little pockets in the eyes, with the wires coming down the back of the inside hood, and down the back to a battery pack that sits in the waist pocket. The glow is somewhat subtle, but at night it's very obvious. Mermade made little socks for the light to go into, and painted iris patterns onto the socks. The splotches you see in this insert are actually invisible when the eyes are not glowing, as they are from the socks.

I love this hoodie to bits. I wore it to all the HTTYD2 showings I went to in 2014 (quite a few!), and somewhere I have a picture of me in the hoodie beside one of the big HTTYD displays. Will have to dig that up.

I wore this hoodie to a friend's birthday party in LA in July of last year, and the host of the party, a producer and author, recognized the style as being Mermade's before I told her who made it. Kudos, Mermade! :)
