Out of curiosity, how much does one pay for a truck like this in US, including sales tax etc.

Taxes are subjective to each state (mine has a 9.8% sales tax.) But after taxes and fees it was $24,000USD, since I bargained them down to $21,500 for it. The "Blue Book" value is closer to 26000USD.
