Kevin sat alone in his room. Tanner and Yves were out, doing something. The pangolin was sure they had invited him along, told him what they were doing, but he couldn't recall. He knew Zoie had invited him to the singles dinner, but he had declined, not wanting to bring the mood down.
He sighed, his phone in hand. He scrolled up through his conversations with Adi. From an outsider’s perspective, the texts were innocent, the normal sort that two friends might send to each other, but Kevin knew more, how many times he had typed out something, only to erase it for fear of not giving away what he truly thought.
The pangolin hung his head. Once again, his phone held the message. The same message he had typed out a dozen times before. Four simple words, but words that had the capability to change everything. All Kevin could do was stare at the screen, debating back and force in his head what to do.
His thumb moved, hovering over the key that would delete the prospective text, and then pressed down against the screen.
A little story I felt like getting done in time for Valentines, just to show a moment that has happened a dozen times already this season.

Aw no...Kevin </3
I can understand though. Like you said, it would change everything. Even if they agreed they'd just go back to the way things were...it's really never the same after you cross that line.
*sigh*
One day, Kevin.
Sometimes, you just gotta go for it, and hope for the best.

Good, short story and given the fact that Kevin is unsure if he wants to confess his feels for Adi, letting him know how he felt. Again, it's nicely written though to say the least.
I honestly feel kinda "annoyed" at Kevin x3. I'm like, "Dude, just tell him you like him!" :P
