to tell you the truth, i just eat less, i learned how to limit the quantities that i consumed, it was tough but there is more then one way to do it, cardio and arobic are the best for me because your body constanly is flexing an shifting direction so that it cant get used to you doing, lets say sit ups everynight. i mostly helps as a toner, see i didn't want to gain muscle, i just wanted to tone down, but i am going to be honest my way of doing the excricizes was sorta half assed like i did them till it hurt, will with the cardio anyway, the Arobics was all around fun, beacuse i have plenty of dance and tehcno to listen to and it helps to have a hevey bass and a good beat to get the body grooven.
man, I wish I had enough dedication to do the cardio I need. I'm trying to get more toned, but I still need to get a little bit bigger (not like bodybuilder grossness, just a little bigger in a few areas)...thanks for reminding me about portion control; I've been a bit of a fat boy lately, lol X3
Also, and most importantly, congrats on the weight loss. It's always nice to see someone set a goal and achieve it. ^_^

15-inch biceps could always be 16, LOL. I'm just glad I don't have bigorexia X3
If anything, the old adage stands true for weight gain: "more weight, less reps". If you're ever looking to gain size, increased weight is going to do it. I gotta work on toning, so it's less weight and tons of reps for me, heh. I'll be that guy doing pushups for hours, LAWL. I'ma get there, though! *heroic pose*

Om nom nom! Looking good there, tiger ;) I just started my diet regiment last week; I used to be toned and slender, well now I gotta get back there, esp. for next year's Gargoyles convention cuz I'm going all out for the masquerade contest ;D
Great job, and I esp. love your stomach! I'd totally eat up your abs, but I'm on a diet and can't afford to chew on such yummyness
