Here's the (finally) completed bio for Meringue, one of the Super Lab Mice
(also found on my new Tumblr )
- Meringue is a sultry French mouse possessing the ability to supercool the surrounding air and produce ice - cryokinesis.
- She is part of the Quartermasters branch, having a knack for creativity and resourcefulness.
- Personality-wise, she's a fun-loving girl who is more likely to wisecrack than freak out when faced with a crisis. She subscribes to the "live life while it's there" mentality, and has a penchant for mischief.
- As far as orientation, Meringue considers herself bisexual with an affinity toward ladies and bishis.
- She's a textbook hedonist, never shying away from whatever feels good (though never at the expense of her health).
- In case you haven't noticed, she has a penchant for showing a lot of fur.
- In spite of her forwardness, she's pretty easy to get along with. She hates confrontation and would much rather make friends than enemies.
- No one's sure what happened to her eyes. Turning them silvery was an obvious side effect of the same treatments that granted her powers, and Meringue suspects they're an adaptation that either protects her from snowblindness or prevents her eyes from freezing. In any case, she can see just fine (plus now she can make all the wayward glances she wants and no one would know...)
- She's all about elegance and sophistication, but that doesn't mean she won't get her hands dirty. It's just that her methods are more subtle. For instance, when faced with an adversary she knows she has to put down, instead of blasting sheer force with ice, she's more prone to freeze the blood in a few key arteries of her opponent and let biology do the rest. Don't make her angry...
- Interestingly enough, her body temperature is much higher than average, likely due to thermal regulation and how it interacts with her power. She's never complained about feeling uncomfortable.
- One guaranteed way to kill her mood is to ask her about the treatments that gave her this power. She doesn't like talking about it, and the way she avoids the question hints that it was not a very pleasant experience.
- She can form weapons, armor, and even decoy statues with her power. The only limits are her imagination and the surrounding humidity.
- She's most often a top, but can occasionally go bottom if asked nicely.
- Stop asking her to chill your beer.
This was also the first piece done completely on my new computer. Working nicely so far!
