My Disney "Little Red Riding Hood" book-and-audio read-along
Got this in the post today. It's one of Disney's more obscure read-along book-and-audio sets, this one a generic version of "Little Red Riding Hood" with U.P.A.-influenced artwork. In the late 60s and early 70s, Disneyland Records produced some read-alongs that were generic fairy tale adaptations ("Goldilocks and the Three Bears," "The Gingerbread Man," "The Emperor's New Clothes," etc.) This one was produced in 1968, though my printing is from 1973 (the title listing on the back goes up to "Robin Hood," and the record has the original green label style the read-alongs used until the mid-70s.) Robie Lester reads the whole story, and there are two original songs related to the story as well.
