Can't really take 'full' credit fer this 'bout cookin' all'a the original items but here's another dish I had a few nights ago composed of leftovers... :)

Had a friend who'd presented us with some deer sausage he'd brought over an heated up... was really deliscious later that night went rummagin' through the fridge an found some leftover hashbrowns... put that on a plate with a few slices of the deer sausage. sprinkled some fiesta cheese on the hashbrowns an made m'self this lil' leftover delight.. was very yummeh :)
