I thought it was the blue ones that walk on water ... but I've only played the Minecraft mod, not the original game they come from. So I'm probably mistaken.

Come to think of it ... is there a difference between Gold and Yellow Chocobos? I've only had Yellow ones so far. And when I rode one into water, it just sank to the bottom and kicked me off so the poor thing could swim up and breathe. XD

I have most experience with FFVII, gold chocobos can go through any terrain in that game xD both mountains and oceans. it's necessary to get the most OP summon materia in the game on a deserted island; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sv9aI5RkoeQ xD seriously it's ridiculous
