Being banished on the moon, Nightmare has to think of some ways to keep herself entertained, and what's more entertaining than embarrassing your non corrupted side with her secret desires?
Not entirely sure why, but Nightmare Moon messing with Luna is always a fun idea to me.~

As always, I'm a fan of this sort of thing. However, if I might be so bold as to provide some constructive critique...
Why are Luna's legs facing up? Gravity isn't pleased by their dismissal of its laws. Also, it's more fun if they're pressed into the padding~
Speaking of padding presses, the crotch strap is good on the bottom, but there isn't anything to suggest it sinking into the diaper on the front. Some lines for wrinkles would work well there.
Luna's forelegs are far too low on her body, they should be a little bit below the straitjacket's collar, where her shoulders would be meeting the neck.
Those strings holding her up are rather thin. Also, the moon has four strings coming down but you forgot to show one of them in the gap between Luna's muzzle and her legs.
Luna's tail is a little short.
There's nothing showing Luna's wings are there (a pocket in the suit or them sticking our with a strap keeping her from flapping them) and Nightmare's should be more on her side.
Nightmare's legs shouldn't bend like that :o Her tail also looks like it's going through the moon; have it draped over the front of it instead.
You have a little shading (the moon and Luna's neck/diaper) but no shading elsewhere. It's better to have just flat colours than incomplete shading.
I still love the concept, though~

I actually do have some shading other than the diaper and the moon, the trouble is most of the colors blend in either too well with the linework or the coloring. I should study more clips of the show and other's artwork as far as leg anatomy goes, though, I seem to have a lot of problems with that.
Hopefully I can clean up some, if not all, of the stuff you pointed out, and thanks again for pointing out what to work on.~
