Veemon was my favorite Digimon design back in the day (and I ripped off Magnamon/Flamedramon for my own designs wayyy too much).

I'm not sure if Veemon directly inspired Sei's dragon fursona, but she did state that she was heavily influenced by Digimon character designs. In a way, she does look like a Digimon. XD
