Normally thats only on really high up towns up in the mountains, or in mountaintops, but very rarely on some other areas, like where I live, we had light snow about 7 years ago, and the one before was like 30 years ago or more XD, I've only seen snow about 4 times in my life and those were among the happiest days I ever had haha, I really love it, always want to bitchslap whenever I hear someone complain about snow and cold XD they should move here where its a fucking oven and see if they like it lol
I'd say people in new York complain about it a lot cause it happens all the time there x3 here in Kentucky it snows sometimes but this is the biggest snow I've seen since I was 5 years old. I guess it one of those happy medium deals cause here it gets real hot in the summer (not as hot as down there but in the hundreds) and very cold in the winter but I love where I live at =3
