Another fanart of my favorite original Dalmatian character Owen.
I was influenced to draw another guy flexing his arms, but I didn’t know who to draw. But looking back at my art, I realized that I haven’t drew Owen in a while. So I decided to draw him flexing his well-defined arm and body. I made him more buff than he actually is, but I like to think that over time it all added up since he’s the athletic type.
