Despite that I've been MAD BUSY lately, my husband and I found time to do a little special something together for Valentine's-- we had a sausage party!

Yeah, we made these ourselves. Like with a giant slab of pork loin, a lump of pig fat, a meat grinder with a sausage horn and intestines and everything.

I don't usually like sausages, but I found these to be delicious. I should invite some friends over later and we can make a whole bunch of really weird flavors-- I really want to try to make a Mexican sausage, where it's like beef and taco spice and cheese and hot sauce innit, served with guac and sour cream on top.

Shit, I'm really hungry now.
