This is something that I can help with! So I had a serious case of the same face syndrome and I started messing with it. Instead of trying to draw them all 'different' i started with the normal face. Then I purposely messed with trying to draw different eyes and different structures. I did that every day for warm ups and doodles.
I also find that gathering a folder with references animals and humans alike with different bone structures that you can messaround with matching together on photo shop. Which if you don't have photoshop Adobe has CS2 on their site for free here
