"Make good decisions" he said. And he was right, for I so desperately needed that one spark to set off in my life but what good would come of it? What good would come out of that spark in a sea of gasoline. I had the lighter in my hand and my thumb ready to retract. "Make good decisions." Dammit those words went straight into my very soul. Those words surrounded my heart with the strangest feelings of love, hate, lust, desire, and disappointment. Those words showed I could no longer do what I thought I had to do. I slipped the lighter back in my pocket and turned around with the ocean behind me. I won.
