A few years back I bought a new camera and went searching for footage from this exciting marvel. I stumbled across a video that left a lasting impact upon me, both as a musician and a photographer. It was a beautiful scene from Okinawa's Kurioshio Aquarium by John Rawlinson, accompanied by the song "Please Don't Go" by a local band, Barcelona. The combination of exceptional technique, haunting music, and an environmental message were absolutely stunning.
I've got a new recording setup and finally a real piano, and I've been feeling inspired lately. This is a cover I've wanted to do since I first saw the video four years ago and I hope I did this amazing band justice. Thanks for listening. Please comment and let me know what you think.

Thank you so much! I have only had my own real piano for about a year, so I'm still getting used to the organic nature of the instrument when I grew up learning on keyboards and digitals. So there's a service, called JamKazam, that I just signed up for. I haven't tried it, but it may allow me to jam with musicians all over the world. I don't think you're local to me, are you?
Great song and great cover. Wonderful piano work. =^.^=
The video made me wonder what IS the biggest aquarium in the world? That one's 1.98 million gallons! That's a lotta water. :O
I was not surprised to discover Dubai had a bigger one. 2.64 million gallons. Wowzers.
Then I was quite surprised to find the biggest (was until very recently) in Georgia, the state I grew up in, built in 2005.
It blew the others out of the water (heh) with 6.3 million gallons.
However the record holder was recently built in China in 2014.
12.87 million gallons! Holy spits! =O.o=
