May I just say id like to apologize for two things to Freddy... One was that killed several of his cousins in far cry, and two... In order to kill his cousins I had to start a forest, with a blow torch and all my molotovs. It was two bears and in my defense they started it!
FIRE!!!
FIRE!!!
Ah, reminds me of the unfortunate conversation with my parents a while back, who grew up in a much less competitive job market:
"They fired you for missing a day of work? That's one day, they can't fire you for that."
"They can and did. Everybody does. Their policy is that they don't rehire people, so-"
"No, what did you really do to get fired?"

Not here in America. We have a thing called "At-will" employment. You don't need to provide a valid reason. I literally showed up for work one day to learn they had sent me the wrong sheet of hours, and I had had my name sharpie'd out of all the schedules and stationary and was told to hand in my nametag and everything save the hat and shirt. And this wasn't corporate - this was a thriving indie business that had no reason to implement policies like this. That's some Brazil shit right there.
Any law about "valid reason" for firings would eat red tape into businesses, and, it's said, makes firms less likely to hire ("We could hire you but we don't want to be stuck with you"). This may be totally wrong and it works for everyone else, but I've been indoctrinated in a culture of this and so has everyone else, and I'm conditioned to imagine that these multinational corporations will collapse and take us down with them if we do anything to them, ever.

"At-will means that an employer can terminate an employee at any time for any reason, except an illegal one, or for no reason without incurring legal liability."

Nah, theyre different. Flexible contracts are individual companies. Yours probably isn't codified into law like ours. Our domestic workpolicy is the same as our entire foreign policy is what's good for our corporations... Sorry for the colonialism, we really really wanted money.
It's more hinted that FNAF is 1993, I'm sure somehow Fritz could play a significant role though, possibly the murderer? (If you notice, many things about the murders suggest that they were inspired by an actual mass murder/robbery that occurred at a Chuck E. Cheese in Aurora, CO back in 1992 by a postal former cook who was fired. Main differences though are the Fazbear's murders occurred over different days while the CEC murders were in 1 night, the 5 Fazbear's victims were kids while the 5 CEC victims were employees, and in the CEC murders, the shooter's motive was clearly robbery as he didn't shoot the manager until 1st having her open the safe. In both incidents, it was the security cameras that busted and convicted the killer.) I think Purple Guy is more likely Phone Guy though as in 1 of the minigames, he appears to be holding a telephone, and he always seems more to be trying to protect the kids than trying to hurt them
