While me and my roommates were at IHOP for lunch a day or two ago, I had my one favorite ultimate pancake treat: the Chocolate Chip Pancake!
Before we got our check, I somehow decided to have fun with some of the melted chocolate on what's left on my plate... taking inspiration from the bizzare makeup style of the Joker from "Dark Knight", I decided to have some fun with it while
