I wanted to try out the japanese style of making fursuits, so I decided to build a pikachu for MCC at bookfair Leipzig, Germany.
She needs some final touch ups like mirror the picture and find the mistakes ;) and I need to check if the eyes will get foggy. I don't know how japanese fursuit builder make then, so they do not get foggy, but no one would tell me :/ So I have to try myself.
Pikachus cheeks can light up and do a little flash :)

There are very few Japanese makers, and I think radywolf is the only one that speaks English? Kemono eyes as you have them will fog up, even when well ventilated. They are really close to a major heat source - your mouth and face.
Treat the plastics with frog spit. That's a brand of dive gear goggle/motorcycle visor defogger. Some people like the baby shampoo home recipe, but I use the frog spit gel. Just don't use it on any surface that can touch your eye. That prevents fog from forming. Heavy use lasts about a year before you have to reapply, but on a fursuit I haven't had it wear off yet.

Can't open your eyes? Huh? Oh, you mean can't open the suit eyes to apply the defogger? If they are 100 percent air tight, then Google the baby shampoo method of defogging. It's safe for eyes and can be used on the side that would fog, which should be the inside nearest to the eye. Lasts only a few wears , but baby shampoo is cheap and you're cutting it with a good deal of water. The saliva method also works, but it's much less sanitary and barely lasts one wear for me. If the eyes fog in between the back plate with the art and the dome, then you need to take them apart anyways, because the art will be spoiled and might mold(paper in any form will under constant wet conditions).
