Everyone really likes my Chili. So i thought i would share how to make it.
Ingredients:
1lb Ground Beef
1 Pork Tenderloin [cut into ¾” cubes]
2 28oz Can diced tomatoes
1 19oz Can Kidney beans [drained and rinsed well]
2 Large sweet [or Spanish] onions chopped
2 Medium green peppers chopped
4 Cloves garlic chopped
¼ cup Chili Powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Liquid smoke
1 tsp. Vegemite
1 Tbsp. Vegeta seasoning
1 tsp. Jamaican curry powder
1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
Ground Cayenne to taste
Salt to taste [I use none]
Method:
Brown Ground beef and Pork cubes in a Large Pot. About 10 minutes, until no pink is showing. Add all remaining ingredients, and bring to boil. Turn down heat to low. [it should just barely be boiling]. And simmer for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent sticking to the bottom. If the chili is too watery, once it’s cooked, you can add 1 can tomato paste.
Serve with nice crusty bread.

It didn't used to be, but yeah they put it in everything. Its not an allergy either. WIthout going into anything really deep here.
Its a excitotoxin, it is pretty bad for you. (a short video and song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1Kx-79cAxc ) Interesting book or look for the lecture on youtube, excitotoxin's that kill by a neurosurgeon.( I can get you the link to both).
Its not just glutamate an amino acid and protein building block, but an adulterated form. The industry tries to compare it with free glutamate (which is very rare as its bound to protein).
It excites nerve cells (and can kill certain ones), so your taste buds open wide so you think the food tastes better, cheaper food, and it contributes to over eating.
Now my daughter if she gets it, now can go blind (its scary), also gives her migraines (the kind where black room, no sound etc), It didn't always but the overload is real. Her doctor for her eyes as an example explained that was also what was bringing on the migraines (a lot more there).
For me it can bring on seizures (again it didnt always) I asked my neurologist about the difference between a MSG reaction and a flare up of MS symptoms, he said they present the same. (again a lot more here).
Its likely the liquid smoke above has MSG added to it, there are about 45+ various names for the adulterated form of glutemates now. I have a friend who owns a BBQ place and he makes his own smoke, and one time he ran out, as I was eating I felt it I called him over and asked him what he changed, he explained how he had ran out.
They are also adding MSG to vaccines now along with mercury and other things not needed in there to accomplish their purpose, don't ask me why they are doing it, I know what they say but the science doesns't support it.
I plan on trying the Chili it sounds great, I will just make a few adjustments. Once you get yourself weined off msg food tastes better and depending on your exposure and damage you can feel the difference when you do get some.
