got it to run fine on chrome (wasn't using sound though) and would totally pay for something of this quality! the motion gives it a sense of dimension, which comics of course do not have. I think you are onto something great here! :)

Near the last couple frame advancements the UI disappears, and you have to guess where the forward/back buttons are.

Yeah the videos overlap the UI. Might be tricky to fix.

I guess you could fix it by adding them to the picture itself as well.

But then if I change the UI I have to change all the animations. Also, tedium. No, I need to get clever in the code...
