Beautiful I love her natural brown coat such a cutie.

Yes she was such a beautiful girl. Fancy agouti come close but there is just something extra special in that wild color.

She is so cute! When you rescued her, was she a baby?
We have rats around here (I think the live under my house...) but they're terrified of me.
If only they knew all I do for their domesticated cousins upstairs... x3

Thank you :) She was very young when I found her. I think about 5 weeks. But there is no way to be sure. She was only about 3 inches long. She was always small but about tripled in size by the time she was full grown. I bet she would have grown more if I had had her in a bigger cage. When I rescued her I knew next to nothing about rats. I had always loved rats as my mom was a psych major in college and took me to class with her sometimes and I got to play with her rat Siggy. I had always wanted some too. My half brother (same Father, different mother he lived with his mom) had one named Lars, who I got to play with a few times. So when I rescued Willow, my friend I had been with and I went to Target the next night and got what was a hamster cage. I figured I could keep it for when I got my own eventually. I know know that was much much too small a cage for her. She seemed happy though, so that's all that really matters.
