Sometimes I paint on things other than canvas --- case in point, my Boy Scoutmaster husband's latest pinewood derby car. He asked for his wood badge totem animal, the red fox. *L* It wasn't very fleet-footed however; it was the slowest car on the track but he designs his cars that way. His view on pinewood derby racing is that it's an event for kids, not adults and if a kid is feeling bad that his car didn't win, my hubs can point out to them that "your car is much faster than mine -- you did great!"
