This was the main culprit for my almost 5 hour delay along the I-40 in New Mexico. whats not seen is the white pickup wedged UNDER the front end of this semi. 4 other semis and 11 cars were involved in this headache on the highway causing a 22 mile back up and parking lot for 5 hours. And this happened at the worst possible point along the interstate where were no exits or pull offs for close to 25 miles either direction.
