A while ago I had bought a new character and I've been trying to find time to do a piece of him to make him more official. I got my chance last night, because while I was out at dinner I received the news that school was going to be closed today due to ice and snow, so I was able to stay up till 4am drawing. Hooray! This is the first (and probably only) snow day we've had, so I'm pretty fucking excited.
This piece is still sort of rough around the edges (especially the fire omg) but I liked it enough to upload it and I think there's some good stuff going on in this piece. This guy doesn't have a name yet but I have him pegged as a really sweet hermit dude in his early 40's; he lives in a shack-type cabin thing in the woods and points out the direction to the nearest town to random passerby's, grows and takes care of plants, and spends his days chilling with his forest animal friends. It can be a bit lonely at times but he genuinely doesn't mind, and can go into town whenever he wants conversation. I think he'd be pretty fondly thought-of in-town!
