so I've been reading the archie sonic comics lately (started reading at the point where it got rebooted!) and god DANG they're really good! lol. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quality the comic has gotten, after it being basically garbage for nearly like 20 years. the current archie crew seriously knows what they're doin', and I recommend everyone give them a read sometime (the reboot happened at issue 252, if you're curious. start there!)
currently they're in the middle of a Sonic Unleashed arc, so they're going after the chaos emeralds. and in the middle of that arc, they're doing an adaptation of sonic the fighters to get one of said chaos emeralds. it sounds really messed up typing that out but trust me when I say it's really great *v* lol.
so, uh, yeah! because of the sonic the fighters arc, Honey is currently pretty important in the comics. so I drew her! and that's the point I was leading up to. blah blah blah

Best part: She's based on the character from "Fighting Vipers" for the Sega Saturn of the same name and design, was meant to be an extra character as a nod to the game, but was removed and later discovered and used as she is now. Look it up. :3 (I might have it backwards, though, one is based on the other, I know that for a fact)
