Actually I think something around the Thundercats [that emblem looks familiar... and I think I saw it somewhere before.] era for that villian, as for the guy with that gun... xD oh wait. *points up for the previous responses.* thats why.

the villain is Master Muu from monster rancher and the gun guy is Train Heartnes from Black Cat :3

I have to say, what got me into to looking at this was when I looked at the first page of your gallery, I was able to reconize train from the tumbnail of the second image he's in. Never thought I would see him fighting Muu, this looks pretty awsome. Makes me wish I could draw well enough to express my creativity...
Anyway, I forgot the name of the metal that makes up Train's gun and some of his bullets, but I wonder if Muu can take shots from that thing?
