...an if ya was wonderin' where those previous pics were leadin' up to, here it is... now THIS lil' dish m'rather proud of... Had never really made a 'skillet' dish b'fore... seen'em served in restuarants an such... so thought I'd try m'paw at makin' one... werewolf-style ;)
ingredients:
4 eggs
8 strips of honey bourbon bacon
1 can of Campbell's cheddar cheese
1/2 white onion
1 white potato
3 stalks of celery
1/3 tomato
1 small grillin' steak
Nature's Seasonings
parsley
directions:
In small bowl whisk 4 eggs then fry in large skillet then place in pie pan.
heat up cheese sauce then spoon out/smooth a layer over the cheese as shown in 1st. pic. Fry up the bacon as ya normally would then place in piepan over the cheese as shown in 2nd. pic then smooth more cheese over this.
while this is settling ya wanna have yer diced up potato, celery and onion fryin' up in the skillet as shown in 1st. pic, slice up yer grillin' steak an diced tomato while the other veggies are fryin' then add the steak, cook till meat browns then add the tomato.
whole meal took about half an hour ta cook. when the steak and veggies are done just pour over the skillet then top with remainder of the cheese sauce, sprinkle on some parsley an serve... there ya go an hope ya enjoy :)

You know I just had to go and check if the bacon-brigade were still there. Not very active but still going.
You are Evil and I mean that in the nicest way. You made me hungry now I'm going to go an make like a lioness who hasn't eaten for a month. Not to mention I now have grab a mop and bucket for all the drool!
I really like the combination and simplicity of this meal.
*hugs*
As a note our cheese sauce in Adelaide, South Australia, comes in a small packet that you add a cup of hot water, then whisk well. Each packet/sachet makes about 250ml of cheesy liquid gold.
