Another slightly older piece. A while ago, I threatened to braid Hex's hair and put spiffy little bows on 'im...and instead of the expected reaction of "OMG NUUUUU" he said he would like that.

I threatened to draw it. This is the result. :D Der Gallowsponeh is prepping the first braid in Hex's hair for a pink-and-purple bow with streamer-tails, currently on a pair of haemostats (seriously, they work GREAT for bow-making). Hex...looks appropriately delighted.

There are a number of huge errors here. First off...I suck at getting black truly BLACK...the pony's left arm is supposed to be black like his mane, but I suck and fail.

I also totally poached Hex's spots...like a TOTAL DUMBASS I added the spots before I used the blender so on the neck they now form almost-stripes. BLEH. But I do like how the blendy-spots look on his faaaaace. :D

I adore their respective expressions.
