I've been working on this track for precisely a year now. It's nearly complete: all that's left is to put in some nifty sound effects, and I can finally start putting it on Bandcamp. I think I might want to try to include some psytrance sound effects as well.

Just for fun, I decided to sneak-in a little bit of dubstep -- or at least something that sounds like dubstep -- during the break section. I noticed that some people are now dropping in some dubstep beats in a track that you'd otherwise not call it "dubstep".

Do you think it can work? I know that it doesn't sound perfect, and I never intend to try to. This is still trance, not dubstep. And dubstep is never my thing, anyway. I just wanted to make my track sound more interesting and also attention-grabbing. And if this is annoying because there's just too much dubstep everywhere these days, don't worry... It'll only be specifically for this track. My other trance tracks would not have such dubstep nonsense.
