It's a pony. A poooony~ x)
(Couldn't resist. Just had to say it. Just HAD TO. Though it looks..kind of reptilian there. (I'm going to say it might be that whole.. green skin thing. Just a little) Though..it's still a rather pretty pony..if different color shade and all. I mean you have the horse anatomy down pretty well (I can honestly say you drew the legs virtually perfectly. )
The hair here (Pony Mane?) happens to look nice as..I think you did that with colored pencil. I can only tell from the pencil strokes there but from the top of the hair there how you blended the colors in there is...pretty amazing, and I can honestly say that I respect that.
Seriously speaking, this turned out nicely here.
Even for a pony. (As they're the only thing I know besides lions that have manes.)
