WINIPUPS
i think this covers everything, but if you have any questions just ask me!
Semi-open means that anyone can create a Winipup using common features. If you'd like one with rare/uncommon features, those have to be bought from batches or customs!
WINIPUPS:
-live in herds of 3-15
-communicate via whinnies and squeaks!
Not included on sheet:
-generally have no accessories
-uncommon: flowers in mane
-rare: halters
