So this is Carabia Seire (his name is a mashup of several guys from the lesser key of Solomon.) he's an Incubus who started out of low stature but due to his high magical potential and with the aid of a few loyal minions he was able to challenge and kill a demon lord and take his place. Over the years he gained more power but is as the moment locked in a stalemate with several demon lords of equal rank.
